1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a cleaning service through lakemaidscleaning.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.
2. Services
Lake Maid Cleaning provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service offering at any time. All services are subject to availability.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- All appointments must be booked through our website, by phone, or via our approved booking platforms.
- A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement between the client and Lake Maid Cleaning.
- We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Arrival times may vary due to traffic or prior appointment overruns. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.
- You are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the time of the scheduled cleaning.
4. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior billing arrangement has been made.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed on our website.
- Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated before your next scheduled service.
- Returned payments or chargebacks may result in a service suspension and an additional processing fee.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy: If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full service fee will be charged.
6. Promotional Offer – Cancellation Policy
50% Off Deep Clean + 3 Recurring Cleanings Promotion
This promotional offer includes one deep clean at 50% off the regular price, followed by three (3) scheduled recurring cleaning appointments at the standard recurring rate.
By booking this promotion, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
- This promotion requires completion of all three (3) recurring cleaning appointments following the discounted deep clean.
- If you cancel this promotion or your recurring cleaning plan before the completion of your 3rd recurring cleaning, a cancellation fee of $150.00 will be charged to the payment method on file.
- This fee exists to offset the discount provided on the initial deep clean service.
- The cancellation fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to relocation, dissatisfaction (outside of our satisfaction guarantee), or personal preference.
- If a cleaning is cancelled or rescheduled by Lake Maid Cleaning and cannot be completed through no fault of the client, that instance will not count toward triggering the cancellation fee.
To avoid this fee, please ensure you are committed to the full promotional package before booking.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge. Our guarantee does not apply to recurring issues caused by conditions outside our control (e.g., excessive clutter, pets, pre-existing damage).
8. Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our cleaning team. Lake Maid Cleaning is not responsible for delays or incomplete services resulting from restricted access, unsafe conditions, or failure to secure pets.
9. Damages & Liability
- Lake Maid Cleaning carries general liability insurance. Any damage believed to be caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service.
- We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly secured items, or natural wear and tear.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service rendered.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Lake Maid Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, including situations involving unsafe working conditions, harassment of staff, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at lakemaidscleaning.com for full details.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
